Think you have the 'fire power' to ignite , inspire and innovate your way around matchbox ?

We want to build an eclectic team - a combination of enthusiasm, experience, energy and empathy. so we don't have any set 'expectations' or 'restrictions'. Which means we are open top freshers, school kids on summer vacation, retired-but-still-hyper-active senior citizens, part time house wives , the differently-abled who want a level playing field at work place, senior executives who are seeking their inner calling but dont want to loose a fat paycheck ;-)

 

Qualities in a matchstick we are looking for :

• Simple , yet Smart !

• Passionate , yet practical !

• Independent , but not individualistic !

• Work hard, and play cool !
